Regional Directorate Pazardzhik of the Center for Human Resource Development and Regional Initiatives is launching training in key competencies
On October 28, 2024, the Regional Directorate Pazardzhik of the Center for Human Resource Development and Regional Initiatives began training in the key competency "Personal Competence, Social Competence, and Learning Skills – Learning Skills." This training, organized in accordance with the National Action Plan for Employment for 2024, includes nine participants referred from five Labor Bureau Directorates: Pazardzhik, Peshtera, Panagyurishte, Gorna Oryahovitsa, and Maritsa-Plovdiv. The training spans 30 academic hours and aims to develop essential basic skills and competencies vital for the participants' personal and professional growth.
In today's dynamic economic environment, adaptability and flexibility in learning are critical to individual success. The competencies that participants will acquire during this course will prepare them to meet the demands of the constantly evolving labor market. Training in personal and social competencies, combined with the acquisition of learning skills, is fundamental to fostering independence, initiative, and the ability to build effective professional relationships.
The personal competencies developed within the training include self-management, self-assessment, and goal-setting skills. These are essential qualities that enable individuals to be proactive, strive for improvement, and overcome challenges. The social skills that participants will gain relate to effective communication, cooperation, and understanding of others. The training will help participants discover their learning styles and apply strategies that facilitate and accelerate the acquisition of new knowledge and skills.
Upon completion of the course, participants will proceed to training for professional qualification as "Operational Accountant" with a specialization in "Operational Accounting" – Level III of professional qualification. This training will build on the foundational competencies with specific technical knowledge and practical skills that are highly valued in the labor market. Competencies in operational accounting will allow participants to develop careers in finance, gain stability and security in the workplace, and have opportunities for future professional growth.
