Start of Training Program for Developing Key Competencies in Pazardzhik

On October 24, 2024, the Human Resource Development and Regional Initiatives Center (HRDRIC) – Regional Directorate Pazardzhik, launched a training program focused on developing the key competency "Personal Competence, Social Competence, and Learning Skills Competence." This program will open new horizons for the personal and professional growth of its participants.

The course is ambitiously designed to enhance participants' adaptability in a rapidly changing world. Participants will explore various aspects of learning—from its nature and types to factors that promote more effective knowledge acquisition. They will gain essential social skills for successful communication and collaboration and will learn time management techniques—a key element for achieving success both professionally and personally.

This training is part of the "National Employment Action Plan," aimed at activating unemployed individuals and supporting them in acquiring new skills that will provide them with better opportunities in the job market. Those who successfully complete the program will be prepared to continue their education in the profession of "Office Manager," specializing in "Business Administration," which will open doors to new professional opportunities and career challenges.

Through this course, participants will not only build new competencies but also have the opportunity to embark on a path toward successful professional realization and independence.
