An International Conference of Southeastern Europe to Improve Electronic Services in the Public Sector was Launched

Today, July 9, CHRDRI hosts an international conference on exchanging experience of public employment services of the countries of Southeastern Europe. It is organized jointly by the Employment Agency and in partnerships with the countries in the region.
The topic of the conference is "Electronic services for employers, job seekers and private employment agencies". Part in it will take representatives of international organizations and institutions of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro and Turkey, as well as managers and experts from the Employment Agency in our country.
 The forum was opened with a welcome addresses by the Director of CHRDRI Mr. Rosen Tumbev and Mr. Nikolay Nikolov, Deputy CEO of the Employment Agency.
 The work program for the first day included presentations of the participants representing the structure, activity and practices applied in the field of electronic services for job seekers and employers in the public employment services in their countries. During the second day of the conference, the participants will leave for Blagoevgrad, where will be held a tour of the "Labour office" Directorate for practical familiarization with the activities of the EA.
During the two-day joint work will be created conditions for exchange of information, data and analytical materials, as well as for conducting numerous discussions on the topic.
 The purpose of this event is to promote and implement exchange of experiences and good practices in the field of electronic services for employers, job seekers and private employment offices. As a result, the performance of public administration in the field of electronic services for employers and job seekers will be optimized. The event will also contribute to the dissemination of positive experience in the region and will improve and optimize the performance of public administration in terms of e-services in a particular direction.
The conference will not only contribute to strengthening cooperation between the countries of the region on activities in the public sector, but also will widely promote the achievements of Bulgaria in the field of electronic customer service by labor offices.
