Ivan Bakalov

Mr. Bakalov has officially commenced his career at the Center as a Chief Expert in the Educational Activities Department in 2009, and in 2012 he was appointed Head of the Educational Activities Department at CHRDRI and has gained vast experience in the social policies sphere, including European projects and programs management.

Deputy Director of CHRDRI for the Administrative, Financial and Economic Activities Directorate

Georgi Vanev

Georgi Vanev is Deputy Director of CHRDRI for the Administrative, Financial and Economic Activities Directorate. He has acquired a long-term experience in both private and public sectors. In the period 2016-2020 he was member of the overseas mission of the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in the Kingdom of Netherlands. He was an adviser in the political cabinet of the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works in the period 2013-2014. He was engaged in the management and coordination of investment projects and the construction and maintenance of comprehensive investment fund structures. He has held managerial positions in commercial companies related to consulting and drafting of EU projects and strategies.

He holds a Master’s degree in Law from the Ruse University Angel Kanchev and the Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. He is fluent in English and Russian.

Deputy Director of CHRDRI for the Educational Methodological and International Activities Directorate

Milena Kyoseva

Milena Kyoseva has considerable experience in the field of vocational training and supporting adult learners to enhance their professional qualification – in the public and private sectors. She worked as a Methodologist at CHRDRI in the period 2013 – 2019. For two years she worked as a Chief Expert in the Licensing and Professional Qualification Directorate of the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training (NAVET), followed by the position Head of the Training Department and Director of the Vocational Training Center at Information Services AD. In 2023 she took the post Director of the Vocational Training Center at the Bulgarian Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Association.

In 2013 she defended successfully a doctoral dissertation on Organization and Management Outside the Sphere of Material Production at the University of Library Studies and Information Technologies.
