STUDY ON TRAINING NEEDS FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE LABOUR MARKET AND THE SOCIAL SPHERE FOR 2019

During the months of October - November 2018, a sociological survey was conducted among the employees of the institutions, directly involved in the formulation and / or implementation of the policies in the field of labor market, working conditions, social inclusion, health care, equal opportunities and non-discrimination.

It aimed to determine what current training the employees - representatives of the target groups of the project - need in the context of their professional development.

Such a survey is conducted annually for the needs of the Centre, but this year the target groups were expanded. In addition to officials in managerial and expert positions from the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy (MLSP) and secondary budget spending units (SBSU) to the Minister of Labour and Social Policy, officials from the Ministry of Education and Science, Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works; Ministry of Finance , Ministry of Health and SBSU to the Minister of Health, National Statistical Institute, National Social Security Institute, municipalities, representatives of NGOs such as the Bulgarian Red Cross, FICE - Bulgaria, Animus Association Foundation, Caritas, Amalipe, and by the National Representative Organizations of Employers and Trade Unions.

The analysis of the data from the survey is based on a nationally representative sample, which includes 764 questionnaires filled in - 170 management positions and 594 experts respectively.

Following the processing of the results of the study, an Operational Plan for the training programs of the administration of the labor market and in the social sphere in 2019 for the Project and Training Catalogue for 2019 were prepared.
