Job advertisement for the position Chief Expert - Methodologist in the Educational Activities Department, CHRDRI

The Centre for Human Resource Development and Regional Initiatives is an integral part of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of the Republic of Bulgaria. It provides training and development opportunities for Bulgarian and foreign employees of the central and local administration, working in the field of labor market and social policy; representatives of social partners, municipalities and NGO’s. The Center is also engaged in the implementation of the active policy for improving the qualification and retraining of unemployed and employed persons in different thematic areas. The Center has the capacity to support regional initiatives for cooperation, exchange of experience, information and good practices in the sphere of social policy.

In connection with the expansion of the scope of activities that CHRDRI is engaged in, we are looking for a chief expert-methodologist to join our team provided that this person meets the following requirements:

Requirements:

Completed higher education (Master);

Good computer literacy (Word, Excel, Internet);

Experience in the field of teaching, at least three years;

Experience in curriculum and materials development shall be considered as an advantage;

Experience in the development of methodological guides and didactic materials shall be considered as an advantage.

Duties and responsibilities:

Conducting consultations with lecturers on the structure of curriculums;

Selection and development of teaching methods;

Providing methodological support for the development and presentation of training materials;

Performing other tasks assigned by the Head of the Educational Activities Department relevant to the activity.
